It surprises me that so many people put so much emphasis on PR when there are so many cases where sites that have some PR don't actually reflect their true worth. As far as an advertiser is concerned, you would think they would prefer a blog with a low PR and a high amount of traffic over a blog with a higher PR and a lower amount of traffic.
