Check out Tiger Direct for cheap desktops. I bought a second backup desktop from there recently for about $250. You can hook into over your home network via your Mac using Remote Desktop which can be handy.

Even after you’ve switched over, I still have OpTempo saved in my feed reader. It’s actually still kind of instructive to see your product review posts as they come out … and who knows, one of these days you might even review something that I actually need right then.

As for Blog Content Generator, it looks to be right up my alley. Unfortunately, all I have right now it my MacBook Pro (I know, poor me). We’re in the middle of a move at the moment, but once we get to Texas next month, I think I’m just going to pick up an inexpensive windows desktop that I can use to run programs such as yours, BMD, and some of the other cool windows only software that I want/need.

I’m still using some of the advice that you gave me in a free blog review almost 2 years ago now. I’m sure the articles on this new site will prove to be every bit as useful.

Blog Content Wizard will be in my arsenal when I have more sites (I have this strange aversion to making too many sites just yet), but I meant for blogs like this even. It looks to me like you write these all from scratch. I think I’m just a really slow writer.

About 90% of the traffic at OpTempo is organic search traffic looking for specific product reviews. I wanted to split off the Internet marketing articles for the 10% or so of people who were subscribers looking for this information. Also, moving this to a new domain gives me the opportunity to pursue some other keywords.

On the writing, why do you think I wrote Blog Content Wizard?

One of the great things about getting good search traffic is that your traffic remains more or less consistent even when you don’t post. That’s why I didn’t see any dramatic dropoff in traffic during November on OpTempo when I only posted about 5 times.

There does seem to be a problem with the My Yahoo reader. I’m not sure what the problem is with but I’ll check it out with the Feedburner troubleshooting.
