Yeah Bing is not Google but the people that use them tend to be upper middle class folks who are more prone to buy what you have to sell. Although Bing is not Google it is very effective converting traffic.

Why would they down grade blogspot or wordpress.
does that mean you have to get a domian if you want to rank on bing?

I am ranking #1 on a brand new domain in Bing for a keyword for which I rank +200 in Google – the keyword is my domainname(.com) . The competing sites are old ( five or more years ) but there is also a similar CLEARLY mmo site in the first page that is very new. It’s a thin affiliate site with little or no content. I have been on #1 spot for a month now, almost immediately when I bought the domain and I have been there all the time. Clearly getting the keyword in the domain makes a big difference – I have built a handful of backlinks, literally, less than ten.
